Solicit, review, and pre-edit abstracts, manuscripts, technical notes, and discussion papers for publication in the Journal of Performance of Constructed Facilities. Review and determine the appropriate Society outlet for the publication of papers, committee reports, guidelines, pre-standards, and other documents sponsored by the Council.
